eddie and i was best friends from south school till graduation in 1971.two days befor i left for airforce basic training he came by and acting crazy he kicked at me and broke my finger.my recruter told me i couldnt leave for basic training with cast on my hand,but if i took the cast off,icould. well i did (bad choice) but i made it.push ups wasnt fun at all.eddie was a good harted person,with a wonderful mother,father,and sister.we even graduated next to each other.its so amazing how the lord brings such good people into our lifes in our jounary here on earth (.a good friend is a gift from god ).i love the hope god puts in his children that our ending here is our begining to awonderful forever with no goodbys to good friends and loved ones.we are not promised tommrow,but we are promised forever(.eddie died of a hart attack on his way home from a nascar race).eddie had hart issues his whole life.
