Central Today/Senior Apts
About twenty five years ago, Central School was purchased and turned into Senior Apartments. Knowing it would never be a school again saddened me somewhat. However, architecturally, it is amazing what they did and still kept as much of the architectural features! It was hard to be in the gym, as they added a floating ceiling and apartments over it. Otherwise, it was a fabulous job. For all practical purposes the auditorium is the same and is used frequently!
