PHIPPS, Debbe, age 60, of Fairborn, OH, passed away on October 1, 2013. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Peggy Stout. Debbe is survived by her husband of 30 years, Eddie; daughter, Amanda (Matthew) Morris; grandchildren, Laura, Erik, and Caitlin; siblings, Steve (Cindy) Stout, Kathy (Doc) Kaiser, Linda Augustino, and Brenda Stout, and her beloved canine companions, Baby, Jumbo, and Beethoven.
Family will receive friends from 10:00 - 11:00 am on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, OH with funeral services following at 11:00 am. Tony Phipps officiating. Burial will take place at Byron Cemetery, Fairborn, OH.

Very sorry to hear that Debbie has passed on. She always cared about people in good times and bad. She had a way of making you smile or laugh. It didn't matter who you were, she had a natural sense about people and very "broad shoulders" . I will miss her in life, but the memories will last a lifetime.
