SANDY HOOK, Ky. Smokey J. Ratliff, 6-8-52, of Sandy Hook, KY went home to be with the Lord 6-9-2013 at his home peacefully. He is preceded in death by both parents, Hager & Annie Ratliff; brother, Bill Ratliff and sister, Lorene Campbell. He is survived by his wife, Deborah, of 20 years; siblings, Charlene, Darlene & Junior Ratliff of Fairborn; brother, Rommie & wife Jolene Ratliff of Carrollton, GA; children: Jason, Lesa (Matt) Lovell, & Stephanie, and stepson, Larry; 5 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as many great nieces & nephews. He served in the U.S.Army. He was a loving father, husband, brother, uncle and friend. Visitation 11-12 Friday, June 14, followed by service at 12 pm at MORRIS SONS FUNERAL HOME, 104 W.
