George Russell was not only a classmate of ours, but the brother of our classmate Barbara (Bobbie) Russell Keller. He was in the process of moving from Detroit, MI, where he had lived a long time, to Oregon to be near Bobbie's family and their mother, who lives in Oregon. George passed away on December 27, 2014 and had some heart issues. He is to be cremated and ashes scattered in Oregon.
